Data we process
Hosting and security logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses, browser user agents, and requested URLs to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a processor; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Emails you send us
If you write to hello@systemsyncer.com, we use your email address and message only to reply and to handle your request, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. Legal basis: your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in answering it.
Planning tools
The cost estimator and architecture planner run entirely in your browser. The values you enter are not sent to us or stored on any server.
Analytics
We currently do not use analytics on this site.
Advertising
We do not currently display advertising. If we introduce advertising (for example, Google AdSense), we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required by law before any advertising cookies are set.
See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Cookies
The site itself does not set cookies for its core functionality. Third-party services described above may set cookies only if they are enabled and, where required, after you consent.
Data sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties other than the service providers described above. Some of those providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under safeguards recognized by the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise them, email hello@systemsyncer.com. If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) or the supervisory authority in your country.
