ERP integration cost estimator
Describe your project to get a relative complexity level, an illustrative effort and cost range at your own hourly rate, and a breakdown of what drives it. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.

How this estimate works
The estimator multiplies the number of workflows by an effort allowance for the chosen complexity, then applies multipliers for the platform, ERP readiness, additional channels, and real-time requirements. It adds fixed allowances for infrastructure and historical migration, then adds discovery, testing, project management, and go-live support as percentages of build effort. The result is shown as a range because early estimates are uncertain — more so when the ERP is not yet known.
All allowances are illustrative assumptions chosen by our editors to make trade-offs visible. They are not derived from market surveys. Calibrate them with your own project history; the cost estimation guide explains the method in detail.
